    Description

      In Test 8 step 14 the command line is given as
      java -Ddk.netarkivet.settings.file=../../../conf/settings.xml -cp ../../../lib/dk.netarkivet.archive.jar dk.netarkivet.archive.tools.Upload *.arc
      This fails as settings.xml no longer exists.
