Switch to using human readable interval definitions in settings

The current intervals are defined in milliseconds. This means a calculator has to be used by normal humans to interpret these settings.

We shoud switch to a format which includes units. Something like
3y3w3d3h3m3s3ms
The format should be parsable through a java class.
