Getchecksums through cmd-client should deliver all checksum when one file is asked for

Currently when the GetChecksums cmd-client is used for retrieving the checksum of a single file, then only 'disagree' is written if the pillars disagree about this checksum.
It should be possible to identify the which checksum the specific file has on the different pillars through a single getchecksums operation through the cmd-client.
