Send GetChecksumsProgressReponses when calculating alot of checksums

When calculating the non-default checksums for all files, the referencepillar should make progress responses.
Figure out a good way of sending progress. E.g. every XX number of files, or XX number of milliseconds, or other...
Perhaps make it configurable?
