Cmd put client should url encode filenames, before uploading to the webdav server

The put client currently just stack traces if unable to create a valid url by appending the filename to the webdav server url.

In most cases this will just cause the operation to fail a bit later, as the fileID constraint defined in the RepositorySettings are normally more restrict than the uri format.
