Cmd clients put, get and replace operations should access from the path running the command

The put, get and replace operations tries to read and write files relative to the bin dir where the script files are located. This is not where intuitive. Even if the -l or -f option are used it still needs to be a absolute path to be sure the files is accessed correctly (because the paths are still relative to the script location).
