Getchecksums command line client returns different file ids for some pillars when explicitly specifying SHA1

When explicitly specifying the SHA1 algorithm with -R SHA1, the client returns differing file ids for some pillars:

$ ./getchecksums.sh -c integrationtest2 -i foo -R SHA1
