Parallel puts can cause SBPillar to lock up

Vi have on the SB disk pillar in the integration test environment seen that the disk pillar (integ3@bitmag-stage) stopped responding to requests other than status requests.

The cause is that the L2 backend stops returning from commands, which are called as a result of requests (status requests excluded).
