Change audit trail and status to exclude pillars

As pillars are always audit trail and status contributors this is redundant information in the settings and leads to extra works and possibility for inconsistentcies. Further a audit trail client needs to know which pillars are part of which collections anyway, and therefore needs to read the collection-pillar information anyway making the pillars in the audit trail contributor list irrelevant.

The naming should also be changed to reflect only nonpillar contributors.
