Implement cache for integrity service calls

Currently the integrity service calls trigger a DB query each time, which can be quite expensive. The result on the other hand only changes if a workflow has been run since the last time.

We could therefor optimize the DB access by fronting the integrity DB with a cache with relevant information (number of XXX file), which is then updated when a workflow is run.
