Integrity alarm should only contain a summary

Currently the integrity service includes a full report of problem files when generating a integrity alarm. This can produce a very large alarm message. The integrity alarm should instead just contain summery of how many files are corrupt/missing on different pillars, eg. a recap of the information on the integrity GUI.

The detailed information can then be retrieved through the relevant restservices.
