Create Integrity service integration test

Currently is difficult to fully test the integrity services complex functionality consistently, as all the test of the deployed service are manual and requeres a number of pillar with changing file state.

We would therefore like to have a automatic test suite which can investigate the behaviour of the integrity service in different circumstances.
