ReferencePillar does not discover locally deleted files

After deleting a file locally on a ReferencePillar, the pillar is still able to deliver the checksum for the file.
It does however not deliver the file-id when performing a GetFileIDs operation. Thus the entry in the checksum-database is not removed, when the file is discovered to be missing.
