The message logging should scale to large number of files

The current send and receive message logging (info level) doesn't scale to large number of files, as the payload of thises messages can become massiv as the number of files in the system grows. We therefore need to limit the log output of the messages, primarily for {{GetAuditTrailFinalResponse}}s {{GetFIleIDsFinalResponse}}s and {{GetChecksumFinalResponse}}s.
