The audit trail service should retrieve audit trails in chunks

The current simple way of just retrieving all newer audit trail might cause arbitrarily large lists of audit trails to be exchanged. To avoid this, a maxSize/pageSize should be defined, so the audit trail service retrieves the checksums in chunks of 'pageSize'.
