The Put client doesn't exhibite idempotent behaviour when a DUBLICATE_FILE_FAILURE is received in the performing phase

On the rare occasion that a pillar sends a positive identification response and later sends a DUBLICATE_FILE_FAILURE as final response, the operation always fails even if the returned checksum is equal to the file checksum. This can occur if a file is put after the identification, but before the put request.
