Implement automatic deployment to integrity test

As we now have automatic deployment implemented in our CI server, Regulus, we should add the same automatic deployment to the Integration test environment.

This should also include adding the configuration to git.

Note that this will only include deployment of the reference parts of the system, eg. SB and KB pillars need to be installed manually.
