Change automatic tests to run independent of specific environment

The current automatic test uses the kb activemq and webdav servers for the test, which makes in impossible to run the tests outside of the KB/SB/SA networks. It also makes the test high dependent on the availability of these services, eg. we are unable to run the automatic tests if the kb ActiveMQ isn't running proberly.
