Send an alarm when invalid messages are received

Whenever an illegal message is receied, then the protocol module should issue an alarm.
This should happen whenever serious protocol level issues occurs, like a message which does not authenticate, a message is received with a larger 'minVersion' than the current protocol 'version', a message cannot be serialized into the respective Java object, etc.
