KBpillar seems confused about checksum values during replace

When trying to replace file "boat.jpg" in integrationtest1 collection the pillars says:
[responseCode=NEW_FILE_CHECKSUM_FAILURE, responseText=Checksum mismatch for new file boat.jpg: excepted ff5aca7ae8c80c9a3aeaf9173e4dfd28 calculated 8bf111caf9f77e3f6dd3c6e6518ae0f1]
The test supplies a wrong checksum for the new file. The checksum "8bf111caf9f77e3f6dd3c6e6518ae0f1" is for the existing file in the collection, not the file downloaded to replace the existing one.
The downloaded file should have the checksum "ff5aca7ae8c80c9a3aeaf9173e4dfd27". The pillar does however reject the file, but on false grounds.
