Improve the settings for databases

The current implementation of the database settings requires two settings for each database. These settings are levelled with all the other settings for the given components.
It would be much better with a xml-element for containing the settings for the databases, which could then be loaded directly into a DBConnectorFactory to create the database specifics and the handle the connection to the database.
