Upload a file to the checksum-pillar and note the time.
Wait a moment.
Use the CommandLine client to retrieve the checksum of a file on the pillar and note the time.
The timestamp for the calculation of the checksums should be the same noted timestamp for the upload.

Then wait another moment, and perform the GetChecksum operation with the commandline-client again and validate the it is still the same exact timestamp delivered from the checksum-pillar.

Description

Whenever the ChecksumPillar is delivering the results of a checksum calculation, it is just gives the current time as the 'calculated' time, even though it might be a long time since the actual calculation.
It needs to store the calculation time and return it in the response for the checksum calculation.

This might end up giving problems, since an 'old' checksum on the ChecksumPillar cannot be recalculated.
