Date query functionality on AuditTrailService is broken, as the string from the webclient is not parsed correctly

Go to the AuditTrail service page of the webclient and request delivery of GET_FILE events (to limit the extent of the list). Apply date filters so that: A start date, see that no events are prior to this date. A start and end date, see that events are only in this range A end date, see that no events are after this date.
