Improve OperationEvent toString

The current OperationEvent toString out is very inconsistent raging from just outputing the default object toString() output to a dump of the entire message. This should be changed to consistently show:

• Event type:
• CorrelationID.
• PillarID if applicable
• Info string.
• Anything else???
