Make event before sending messages

In the IntegrationTest it has several times happened that the 'PillarIdentified' event has occured before the 'IdentifySent' event.
Therefore the 'IdentifySent' event should occur before the identification message is sent to the pillar.

Also make the 'RequestSent' occur before the request is actually sent. This has to be done to prevent the pillar to respond and this response to be handled before the event occurs, since it might trigger the 'PillarComplete' event.
