Consolidate the Messagebus Setup description

The Messagebus setup guide needs to be extended to have a more cookbook layout, that is Step 1... Step 2....

This includes information on how to setup correct authentication and authorization.

The documentation should be written on a level, so it can be handed over to operations department, who can run through the installation step one by one, without having to read through a lot of general external links.
