Create message wrapper class to merge header and payload information

To encapsulated the access of message information we should implement a general message object (Message interface + impl). The benefits would be:

• Hides the location of the information, eg. header payload.
• May include validates between header and payload information.
• Could finally provide the generic message super class we need exposing the core message attributes on a generic basis.
