Run through the wiki list of unresolved issues for the audit and log functionality

Try to handle the points listen in the Unresolved issues - Get Audit Trails page by:

• Delete the bullet because the issue has already been decided on and documented.
• Decide on the issue based an the knowledge gained since the issue was written.
• Create a JIRA issue.

Some of the issues listen might not be so easy to handle, and they then have to remain on the unresolved list.
