KB Pillar - Logging cleanup

Currently both logging processes (Frontend / Backend) are running with the same log4j.properties file, resulting in both being written to the same "daily.log" file.

Frontend STDOUT is also being written to "kb-pillar.log", and backend is writing STDOUT to "kb-pillar-backend.log".

The needed changes are

• Renaming all frontend logging to "kb-pillar-frontend.*" and have both backend and frontend STDOUT be written to a file ending in ".txt" instead of ".log", e.g. "stdout-frontend.txt" and "stdout-backend.txt"
• Daily logging needs to be divided into "kb-pillar-frontend-daily.log" and "kb-pillar-backend-daily.log"
