Total files and missing doesn't add up

On the web GUI the number of total files on a pillar and the number of missing files does not add up to the same number for all pillars.

You would think that all pillars knows the exact same number of files, and if they don't then the difference should be the missing files (see the attached photo).

It seems like there is either an off by one or similar in the Web GUI for showing these files, or perhaps there's a real problem in the integrity checks that means that certain files do not get picked up correctly.

This could also be related to an issue where running a complete integrity check or incremental integrity check does not update the Web GUI immediately, in fact the checks seem to finish relatively fast without updating anything due to a problem with the Hermes pillar. This is most likely unrelated but is good to know when working on this issue none the less.
