Upgrade log4j to log4j2 or logback

Currently KB Pillar is running an old version of log4j.

This version needs to either be ugpaded to log4j2 or to logback (which is recommended by the architecture council.

Included in this upgrade, a setting for automatically cleaning up log files should be configured (either daily or for a specific size).
