Update Pillars to use new RepositorySettings

In the newest release, the RepositorySettings now includes a choice node for either:

• IdentificationTimeout or IdentificationTimeoutDuration

and a choice node for

• OperationTimeout or OperationTimeoutDuration

All the pillars needs to be updated to use IdentificationTimeoutDuration and OperationTimeoutDuration.

When all pillars use the new RepositorySettings we should update the Reference code to not be able to use the old nodes, such that we won't run in to inconsistencies in production; which right now can happen since 6 months in each node respectively is not read as the exact same.
