    Description

      Integrity service should be rewritten to support the new GetFileInfo primitive.
      The strategy for getting fileinformation from the pillars should then be:
      1) Attempt to get file information by GetFileInfo operations
      2) If a pillar does not support getting GetFileInfo, fall back to using GetFileIDs and GetChecksums for that specific pillar.
