    Description

      Create and define the protocol messages needed for GetFileInfo functionality. This includes:
      IdentifyPillarsForGetFileInfoRequest
      IdentifyPillarsForGetFileInfoResponse
      GetFileInfoRequest
      GetFileInfoProgressResponse
      GetFileInfoFinalResponse

      The GetFileInfo messages should support derlivery of the same set of information as GetFileIDs and GetChecksums deliver in union.
