    Description

Currently, the FilePillar have to go to the file-system to extract all the last-modified timestamps for the files to be able to respond to a GetFileIDsRequest.
It would be much better, if the last-modified timestamp was in the ChecksumDatabase, and it was updated along the checksums, whenever the scheduled workflow was running.

The ChecksumPillar uses the ChecksumDatabase for responding to GetFileIDsRequests, but it only use checksum-calculated timestamp - which is kind of a hack.
