Get all non dk domains registered in NetarchiveSuite

I have retrieved all non dk domains from harvestdb database.
These domains are already danica domains and will be excluded from outlinks when testing.

There can possible be situations where there are seeds not included already.

Seeds from non dk domains will also be retrieved from NetarchiveSuite database and added to this Jira.
