Change HarvestingThread to allow multiple harvests at a time

The idea is to have one thread initiate the harvests(HarvestInitiatingThread), and another to wait for them to finish (HarvestFinishingThread)
The HarvestFinishingThread will write a harvestLog each time maxHarvests have finished
