Description
It's no longer possible to add a new machine to the system and get it
monitorable in the GUI without restarting the GUI since settings.xml is only
read upon startup.
An easy fix would be to check whether settings.xml had changed since startup
(e.g. by caching the startup-time or the filesize of settings.xml) upon every
load of the JMX-page? (or at least regularly)
