Change copyright string from "2004-2010" to "2004-2011" in fileheaders

    Description

      In all our fileheaders, we have the following string: 

      Copyright 2004-2010 Det Kongelige Bibliotek and Statsbiblioteket, Denmark

      The value "2010" should be changed to 2011.
      We should discuss whether or not "Det Kongelige Bibliotek and Statsbiblioteket, Denmark"
      should be changed to include BNF, and ÖNB as well.
