Arcreader code in H1.14.4 is broken when gzipped arcfiles using JDK6u23 and later

    Description

      JDK6u23 and later breaks the ArcReader H1.14.4 when reading Gzipped arc-files.
      If one sticks to uncompressed arcfiles, there is no problem.

      A workaround is to use JDK6u22 or earlier.

      Note that the unit-test dk.netarkivet.common.utils.arc.ARCBatchJobTester.testProcessCompressedFile fails because of this issue on our jenkins installation on sbforge.org which uses JDKu25 (I think)
