    Description

We need to enable the HarvestController to be shutdown for maintenance or other reasons after a job is over and data has been transferred to the arcrepository.

We could either use JMX to communicate with the HarvestController directly to change its running status. Or send a JMS message to the harvestcontroller.

The JMX solution may be the easiest solution, unless we can target a specific HarvestController using JMS.
