High and Low priority in the System State menu

Under the Priority column in the System State menu the values can either be 'HIGHPRIORITY' or 'LOWPRIORITY'. This should be replaced by 'high' and 'low' respectively.
The problem is that the values 'HIGHPRIORITY' and 'LOWPRIORITY' is hardcoded and they could be changed in future implementations. It will be quick and easy to hardcode a solution but it requires a good implementation to be able to adapt to future changes.
