SB pillar should produce more informative audit events

Currently put and replace operations on the SB pillar causees both a putFile/Replace event to be created + a other event (which is really a backend approve event). As we would like the audit trails for operations to be consistent across pillars, we would like to avoid such a break down into subevents for pillars, as this makes the audit trail for a file much more compilicated.

Therefore the SBPiller should only create one audit trail event for one (successful) event.
