    Description

      Performing the 'GetFile' operation, where the following URL was given:
      http://localhost:123456/_??
      The component logically failed to deliver the file, and thus answered 'COMPONENT_FAILED', but the whole GetFile operation gave the event 'Complete'.
      This should have been 'Failed'.
