Webclient integrity status displays incorrect number of missing files

      Validate through the webclient.
      Check the number of missing files for a given pillar.
      Then remove a file from the pillar and run the 'BasicIntegrityWorkflow'.
      Validate that the number of missing files for the given pillar has increased by one.

    Description

      The number of missing files in the status table does not reflect the actual state on pillars as retrieved with GetFileIDs with AllFileIDs

      For instance, in integrationtest2 kbpillar1 has all 22 files according to GetFileIDs but integrity service shows 14 files and 8 missing.

      Currently, according to GetFileIDs, only 3 files are missing on some pillars, so integrity status should show at least 19 existing files on all pillars.

      Some times the integrity status is updated, but it only seems to discover new files on sbtape1/sbdisk1/reference1 not checksum1/kbpillar1.
