Define functionality specification subsection structure

The current process/input-output/use case functionality structure might not be enough to model the different functionality aspects. Other relevant types of breakdown might be client and pillar related functionality aspects.

We should try to further enhance the breakdown structure as part of the integrity functionality, so the structure used here can be used as the standard for the rest of the functionality areas.
