Multiple file getFile

We need to consider to introduce the option of supporting a 'getFiles', that is the ability to request the possibility of requesting (and identifying pillars for) get on multiple files in one operation.

This will importent for offline pillars, which will perform much better if the staging of offline files can be planned based on a large set of requested files.
