Rename response and complete messages to ProgessResponses and FinalResponse respectively

After discussion on the 13.april meetings on the differences between Reply and Response meesages it was decided to assimilate the Reply name into the Response name. That is all Replies should be renamed to responses.

The reasoning behind the subtle differentiation between the two types of messages was that Replies sould be the last message in an request - response exchange, where the response name indicated more messages might follow.

The reasoning removing the reply was

• The sematic difference of the 2 words in English isn't clear, so the wording in it self wouldn't convey any information. Further documentation might be added to clarify the diffenrence but for the non-bitrepository-expert the naming difference would properly just be a cause for confusion.
• We already introduced a 3. reply option, Complete which appears to have the same meaning as Reply.
• With the reply - response naming we hardcode an decision on when a conversation ends into the message name, which seems inappropriate.

This was again changed at the meeting 18 may. Now the messages are called ProgressReponse and FinalResponse, instead of response and complete messages.
