KB Pillar: Missing AuditTrails

There's reports of missing files having missing audit trails. While looking into this issue, these files do exist on the pillar though (so there's a problem with them being registered as received and deleted from file exchange due to the missing audit trails?)

Additionally KB Pillar will timeout when asked for AuditTrails, this error occurred end September 2023, meaning its a "new" bug, possibly caused by faulty SQL queries.
