AuditTrailService does not remove preservation files at dav-server

When the AuditTrailService preserves audit-trails, then it uploads the package of audit-trails to a dav-server, before using the PutFileClient to uploading it a BitRepository collection.
Though, when the PutFile operation is complete, the AuditTrailService does not clean up by removing the file from the dav-server again.

There should probably be a setting for whether or not to remove the audit-trail packages from dav-server.
